Ted Jones Musical Arts Center Executive Director of Production Fund
The Ted Jones Musical Arts Center Executive Director of Production Fund is used for the general support of the Musical Arts Center. Ted Jones, who established this fund, served as the Director of Technical Facilities of the Musical Arts Center from 1978 to 1996. His intimate knowledge of working in and running a theater started with earning a Bachelor of Music degree from Henderson College and studying Technical Facilities as a Fulbright Scholar. In 1974, Jones also founded Jones & Phillips Associates, a consulting firm working with performing arts facilities.
The Ted Jones Musical Arts Center Executive Director of Production Fund supports expenses of the MAC, which may include salary for the Executive Director of Production for the MAC, honorarium and expenses associated with visiting artists, as well as general operating costs associated with opera and ballet productions at the MAC. Today, Tim Stebbins hold the Executive Director of Production. This Fund generously supports Timothy Stebbins who is the current Executive Director of Production of the MAC.
