Wellness Coaching
The Office of Wellness and Arts Health Initiatives (OWAHI) has partnered with the IU School of Social Work to provide you with individual coaching on various dimensions of wellbeing, including:
Emotional: Coping effectively with life and creating satisfying relationships
Spiritual: Expanding our sense of purpose and meaning in life
Intellectual: Recognizing creative abilities and finding ways to expand knowledge and skills
