Sherri Bishop is an instructional designer and academic specialist at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
A graduate of the Jacobs School Musicology Department, she completed a dissertation titled "Authorship, Attribution, and Advertising in Venetian Madrigal Prints, 1538-1580." She has presented her work at meetings of the Renaissance Society of America, Midwest Chapter of the American Musicological Society, and Society for the History of Authorship, Reading, and Publishing (SHARP), as well as at the Sixteenth Century Society and Conference and the Newbery Library Graduate Student Conference.
She is a former editorial assistant for the Journal of Musicology and has served as an associate instructor for the Musicology Department in addition to her work with Music in General Studies.
