Certificate Applicants

Step 1

Complete the application for undergraduate non-degree studies at Indiana University and the Jacobs School of Music Supplemental Application.

Step 2

Follow the steps to enroll emailed by University Division.

Step 3

After enrolling, complete the Application for Certificate Completion, which is available at the Jacobs School of Music Office of Undergraduate Advising and Records (musug@iu.edu). This is required to earn your certificate.

Step 1

All applicants for graduate certificate programs must first complete the IU Graduate School Application. The application fee is $70.

Complete the online Jacobs School Supplemental Application. The application fee is $50.

Step 3

After enrolling, complete the Application for Certificate Completion, which is available at the Jacobs School of Music Office of Graduate Advising and Records (musgr@iu.edu). This is required to earn your certificate.
