Beth Stoner Wiegand Endowed Clarinet Scholarship
Beth Stoner Wiegand attended the IU Jacobs School of Music from 1979-1983 and received her Bachelor of Science in Music with an Outside Field. After graduating from IU, Wiegand began her work in arts funding as she worked at the National Endowment for the Arts. After her work at the NEA, she worked as a fundraiser at Interlochen Center for the Arts, where she herself was a camper for four summers, as they embarked on their first capital campaign. She stayed at Interlochen for more than two decades securing funding for building and renovating campus infrastructure as well as for scholarships and program endowments.
The Jacobs School is honored to receive Beth's generosity through this scholarship. The Beth Stoner Wiegand Endowed Clarinet Scholarship supports scholarships for undergraduate students in the Jacobs School majoring in Clarinet.
