Romance: A Collection of Latin Love Songs

CD RELEASE: To celebrate Valentine’s Day, the Latin American Music Center is releasing Romance: A Collection of Latin Love Songs with celebrated Grammy-award winning vocalist Sylvia McNair. Radio station WFIU will broadcast "Latin Love Songs" featuring a selection of songs from the CD with host Sylvia McNair on Monday, February 13, at 7 p.m. (EST).

Second Latin American Music Recording Competition (2012)

The Latin American Popular Music Ensemble and El Taller performed music from their new CD Paisaje Urbano. The concert was scheduled for 8:00pm on November, 30th at Auer Hall, and serveed as the official release for the new CD.

Duke Goes Latin: Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra in a program of Ellington Compositions done Latin style, Saturday Feb. 18 at 8pm at the Music Center at Strathmore.
