Recital Setup Form
  • Students should submit a recital setup form two weeks before their recital date.
  • If you require technology or any other setup for your recital, please read this page for more information.

Recital Cancellation Form
  • Read through all information included on the recital cancellation form.
  • Recital Cancellation Forms are located on the bulletin board outside of the Scheduling Office.
  • Completed recital cancellation forms should be submitted to the Scheduling Office.
  • If you have any questions about cancelling / rescheduling your recital, please contact the Scheduling Office (MU 116, musched@indiana.edu)
