Please send both forms with the $70 application fee to Judy Anderson. Her address is on the payment form. We cannot process your application without both forms. Thank you.

Please Note:

  • The $70.00 application fee is non-refundable and not part of the tuition cost.
  • Notification of your acceptance will be communicated within two weeks after the receipt of your application form, payment form, and application fee.
  • Participant and auditor tuition includes a temporary computer account.
  • On-campus housing is not available for this workshop. For off-campus housing options, click on "Visiting" link in the left-hand menu.
  • Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.

Registration: August 16, 2009, 12:15pm – 1:15pm in Clouse's Lounge, the lobby between Merrill Hall and the Music Addition. See Map.

The Jacobs School of Music reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met.  Participants will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund.
