Please send both forms with the $70 application fee to Judy Anderson. Her address is on the payment form. We cannot process your application without both forms. Thank you.
Please Note:
- The $70.00 application fee is non-refundable and not part of the tuition cost.
- Notification of your acceptance will be communicated within two weeks after the receipt of your application form, payment form, and application fee.
- Participant and auditor tuition includes a temporary computer account.
- On-campus housing is not available for this workshop. For off-campus housing options, click on "Visiting" link in the left-hand menu.
- Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.
