MEMORIAL CONCERTS AND EVENTS

There will be a Remembrance Service in the sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church, downtown Bloomington (on the corner of E 4th and South Washington St.)

One Year Anniversary Remembrance Services for IU School of Music Students
Friday, April 20 - noon
Saturday, April 21 - 4 pm
Sanctuary

The services will be distinct. See upcoming bulletins or call the church office for further details. Also, see www.fumcb.org

Additionally, there will be a:

The Dedication will be made by The Reverend Linda Johnson (Episcopal)

GENERAL CONTRIBUTION INFORMATION

The Jacobs School of Music is considering how best to memorialize the lives of our departed friends. In consultation with families and friends, a decision will be made as soon. In the meantime, if you would like to contribute a general gift in honor of Georgina, Garth and Zach, Chris and Robert, there are a number of options:

  • On-line - Go to www.iuf.indiana.edu and choose “Make A Gift”. Select the Bloomington campus and indicate "General Scholarship support, in memory of five students“ when asked where the gift should go.
  • By check - Send a check to the Office of Development, Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, 1201 E. 3rd Street, Bloominigton, IN 47405. Please note in the memo line that the donation is for general scholarships, in memory of the five students.
  • By phone - Call the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music Office of Development at 812-855-4737 to make a direct donation with your credit card.

From Tuesday May 9 at 10pm and continuing each Tuesday during that hour for the five following weeks, WFIU ( 103.7 FM in Bloomington) presented a series of special programs featuring recordings by the five IU Jacobs School of Music students. You can listen online to the archived programs.
