How to Apply
Registration
Use the online registration to create your family record. Your email is your login. Select the $15 registration fee and the tuition, if you are not applying for financial aid, then you can complete the payment process with a credit card or check following the instructions on the application.

Please download the safety and media release forms [PDF], sign, and bring to the first lesson. These are needed annually.
Fees
Weekly Private Lessons: $575 per semester
Non-refundable Registration fee: $15

Registration deadline: January 10, 2013
Tuition and fees deadline: January 19, 2013
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds require $35 for reimbursement.
