Application Fee (non-refundable): $70
Youth Room & Board: TBD (Double Occupancy)(meals included)
Adult Room & Board: 5 nights for TBD (Single Occupancy) (meals included)
This program does not offer any scholarships. Only full payment will secure your position. Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.

Steve Zegree Vocal Jazz Camp youth participants stay in a double room (with roommate) in the Forest Residence Center. Forest includes air conditioning, and coin-operated laundry facilities available for personal use. Televisions are not allowed in individual rooms. Adult counselors stay with the students in the dorm and supervise all activities .
Adults stay in the Willkie Residence Center. Located just 5 minutes from the School of Music, all air-conditioned suites have full baths and some are modified for disabled students.
Camp participants may stay off campus. Minors must stay with a parent or guardian. Click on "Visiting" in the left menu for travel information and list of accommodations in Bloomington.
All participants will receive meal cards at registration. The cost of these meal cards is included in the cost of Room & Board. Adult participants and youth participants staying off-campus may buy meal cards in advance on the online applicatio or he/she may pay with cash or credit card for each meal.
Off-campus participants under age 18 are the responsibility of the established legal guardian. A drop-off and collect time has to be settled in advance with our staff. The agreed drop-off and collect time should be convenient to the daily schedule.
Transportation to the Indiana University campus is the responsibility of the designated legal guardian.
At no time can a participant under age 18 be dropped on the Indiana University campus and left unattended. The participant must be handed-off from the legal guardian to a counselor.
Once the number of fully paid registrations has been met, applicants may be placed on a waiting list. If an opportunity becomes available the applicant will be notified on a first come first-serve basis. If the applicant cannot be accomidated, any monies paid will be refunded.
Refunds: Tuition, minus a $200.00 cancellation charge (which includes the $70 non-refundable registration fee) will be given if a participant withdraws from the program prior to the start of the workshop. Tuition refunds are not guaranteed after the workshop has begun and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Jacobs School of Music reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met. Participants will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund.
