The Kodály Summer Institute
June 11-22, 2012
This two-week institute offers musicianship and pedagogical training based on the methodology of Zoltán Kodály.
Levels I, II, and III will be offered. Participants will develop their own musicianship skills as they also explore a sequential approach for presenting musical concept to students.
The Indiana University Summer Kodály Institute is an endorsed program of the Organization of American Kodály Educators (www.oake.org).
- Daily schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-12:00 noon, 1:30-4:30 pm.
- Registration: 7:30-8:00 am June 11, in the Jacobs School of Music, Clouse's Lounge, between Merrill Hall and the Music Building Addition. See map.
