Dean’s Dissertation Prize in Music Theory

 

The Dean’s Dissertation Prize is awarded annually, honoring in alternate years outstanding dissertations in the departments of Music Theory and Music Education. The winning dissertations are selected on the basis of originality, contribution to the discipline, documentation, accuracy, organization, and style.
