Summer Only Visiting Domestic Undergraduate
Step 1
Complete the formResidence Classification form and JSOM non-degree Personal Profile (PDF, 2 pages total).
Step 2
Complete the Jacobs School of Music Summer Only Visiting Student Application (PDF)
Step 3
Complete the Payment Form for the required $80 nonrefundable music application fee.
Step 4
Complete the Summer Scholarship Application (PDF).
Step 5
Mail, email, or fax the completed applications to:
